Cheryl Hughes is a qualified Food Technologist with over 25 years experience across all food industry sectors including cook chill, meat, seafood, dairy, smallgoods, confectionery, bakery and produce.

Cheryl has extensive food safety experience with food service for vulnerable populations within WA public and private hospitals.

She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology, and a member of the Institute of Hospitality in Healthcare.
